I stayed in a hotel that had its ups and downs. On the bright side, it had clean and affordable rooms, but unfortunately, the housekeeping service was lacking, leaving us without fresh towels. However, the rooms were still a good deal considering the price.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, especially the one with a view of the pool, were clean, and the staff was very nice. Though the dining options were limited, the excellent service and convenient location made up for it.
The hotel is conveniently located right by Gatlinburg, offering a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. While some issues were present, they were not severe. The service, though initially rude, improved towards the end of the stay. The location is nice, close to attractions despite a few drawbacks like darkness in the area. The dining experience is satisfactory with the added benefit of having a microwave in the room. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.
